Harbor Hill, Gig Harbor

Harbor Hill is a 327-acre mixed use project located approximately one-half mile east of the Burnham Drive exit from Highway 16 in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. The project features a new YMCA (opened in August 2007) and a 24-acre retail center anchored by a Costco Warehouse store (planned for completion in the fall of 2007).

Future project development is expected to include:

Retail
An 11-acre Pedestrian oriented Village Center style retail center, including shops and restaurants.

Business Park
41 acres of business park development which may include:

  • Professional Services
  • Lodging and conference facilities
  • Church

Residential Areas
200 acres of residentially zoned land will be developed to a variety of housing types to appeal to a range of lifestyles and budgets. Between 800 and 1,200 homes are anticipated and may include:

  • Condos or Apartments
  • Townhomes
  • Attached Homes
  • Cottage Homes
  • Single Family Homes
Community Campus
Portions of the Business Park and Residential Areas, including the YMCA site are being planned to allow for a Community recreation campus that may include:
  • Active recreation fields
  • Picnic and other passive recreation areas
  • Public walking/jogging trails
  • Extensive open space areas
  • Performing Arts Center
