Pope Resources and its subsidiaries, Olympic Resource Management (ORM) and Olympic Property Group (OPG), have three primary business segments: Fee Timber, Timberland Management & Consulting, and Real Estate. Our experience includes management of over 1.5 million acres of investment grade timberland, and development of numerous real estate projects. We have the expertise and ability to provide a wide-range of services on behalf of timberland owners and investors.

	Fee Timber This segment centers on the growing and harvesting of timber from Pope Resources' 115,000-acre ownership. We enhance the value of this portfolio through intensive silviculture, active log marketing, and maximizing revenue from alternative sources of income.
	Timberland Management & Consulting ORM provides timberland management, field services, and technical forestry consulting expertise on a fee-for-service basis to third-party clients. We also acquire and manage investment grade timberland for qualified investors. We co-invest significantly with our investors to ensure alignment of interests. 	Real Estate OPG manages the land development process for our nearly 3,000-acre portfolio of higher-and-better-use properties. Our real estate team also manages daily operations of our commercial properties in the town of Port Gamble, Washington.
